Back Order - Special Order Policy
Even with our availability of $40 million of inventory in many warehouses nationwide, back orders can occur. If this happens and shipment cannot be made within 7 business days, we will notify you by email with an expected ship date. We will process any order not immediately available from stock as a with the manufacturer to get the product to you as soon as reasonably possible based on your selected method of shipment. Any special order or drop ship fees imposed on us by the manufacturer will be passed on and added to the invoice with no mark up or profit added.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. An order for a non-stock item may only be canceled within the first 48 hours of receipt if the manufacturer will accept our cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a $10 or 10%, whichever is greater, administrative cancellation fee plus any additional fees imposed on us by the manufacturer. Please order responsibly.
Product availability and shipping times may vary with manufacturers. Backorders are not shipped by air unless specifically requested in advance with payment for the additional service.
Once an order is placed, it goes out to the fulfillment center for shipping and we cannot stop it.
Return Policy
All returns must be prepaid (COD returns will not be accepted). Call for approval. All returns must have prior approval and have a Return of Merchandise Authorization number assigned. The RMA number must appear on any returned packages and copy of original packing list. All sales are considered final after installation and/or 15 days from the original purchase date. Returns take up to 15 business days to process.
Customers who pull chargebacks *will* be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. They will also be reported to and listed on badcustomer.com.
A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returns except for shipment of incorrect part numbers or suspected defects. If it is with in the first 15 days after purchase, the part has not been installed, it is in an as good of a condition as it was received, and we determined that we made an error or that a part was in fact defective, your account will be credited the full cost of item.
Shipping & Handling Policy
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of making payment to receive your order (although most orders are received within 2 to 6 business days). If you would like order status information on your package please email or call us and we will get back to you with tracking info as soon as possible. If the request is urgent please write "urgent" on the email subject line. All orders ship via UPS ground except international and PO Box shipments which go USPS. Please allow extra time if your package is being sent USPS as we only ship USPS packages once per week.
Warranty Policy
Lifta Brand offers a limited life time warranty; that is that should any of Lifta Brand parts manufactured by Lifta Brand fails or brakes do to a manufacturing defect the part will be fixed or replaced. Any and all damages arising from the commercial use of these products are expressly excluded and waived by buyer. Buyer accepts merchandise in “as is” condition. Any claim for damages arising from the sale of this merchandise shall be limited to the repair and replacing of non-conforming parts.
Any warranty offered by a manufacturer shall pass directly from the manufacturer to the Buyer. Any warranty claims against a factory warranty shall be conducted by the Buyer directly with the manufacturer or their assigned authorized agents.
Order & Payment Policy
In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we verify billing information with your credit card company before processing your order.
Please be aware that our servers record the unique IP address that a browser transmits when requesting a page download which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify a person committing credit card fraud, even if that person does not provide his or her real name.
By submitting our order form, you agree that Lifta Brand is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the product(s)/service(s) above.
By submitting our order form you are authorizing Lifta Brand, Llc. to charge your credit card. You also agree to waive all rights to reverse or charge back any credit card charge for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and or using any product from Lifta Brand Llc., you are consenting to this contract and your agreement to which you have consented and entered into by your purchase. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, do not use or purchase any products sold by Lifta Brand, Llc..
All of Lifta Brands parts are universal and will fit the specified body type, but since each make and model is slightly different it is sometimes necessary to make some minor modifications to fit you car.
The use of any performance/modification product or vehicle is potentially dangerous. Driving anything may be dangerous. Serious bodily injury and/or death can result from the operation of performance/modified vehicles in any environment, especially when driving. The purchaser and/or user of any product sold by Lifta Brand, Llc. understands this and assumes the risk of injury or death and accepts full responsibility for all damages and injuries incurred through the use of these products, from participating in any competitive events, and/or from operating a performance/modified vehicle in any other way.
The buyer and/or user agree that he or she has had the opportunity to fully examine these products before use and/or installation. Lifta Brand, shall not be responsible for the manner and method of the installation of any purchased parts. That responsibility lies solely with the user and/or buyer of these parts. Some parts sold by Lifta Brand may be intended solely for off road use and not for use on the public roads. The use of these products on public roads is illegal and the installation of these parts on a vehicle may make that vehicle illegal for use on public roads. It is the buyer and/or end user’s responsibility to make this determination and use the products as intended by the manufacturers.
Only you make the decision to purchase and/or use these parts and decide how to install and maintain them. Only you make the choice to operate a performance/modified vehicle or to drive it. If you think our products are unsafe, do not buy them. By purchasing and/or using these parts, you agree to be bound by all of the terms recited above.
In an effort to offer our customers the low prices, quick service and great value, Lifta Brand reserves the right to change suppliers, specifications, colors, prices, materials. Each of the items just listed is subject to change without notice. Lifta Brand is not responsible for any typographical errors or misinterpretations. Quantities are limited on some items.
Content Policy Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice.
All decisions made regarding the above policies are at the total and sole discretion of Lifta Brand, Llc., are final and binding upon the parties.
